Hi, I’m Tom Callos and I’m the head of The Ultimate Black Belt Test, a Team Coach for the BJ Penn LIVE LIKE A CHAMPION Project, and I’m the head of a big martial arts association called The New Way Network. Someday, I’m hoping you’ll be a member of one or all of these.
This service (and thank you for coming here) was born when I recently started selling memberships to The New Way Network. A lot of the teachers I spoke with had really, really small schools. One of our prospective members was teaching in a park and only had 7 students!

Another was teaching 4 people in his garage. Neither of these teachers were candidates for my other programs, at least not at the moment, and yet I knew they both needed help to grow. I felt awful knowing they needed some guidance, but couldn’t afford my services!
I called two of my good friends Gary Engels and BJ Penn with this idea.
Gary runs a very fine school in a very small town. He’s become my right hand man on a number of projects –and I knew he could get his teeth into this one. Gary, by the way, runs the amazingly wonderful www.NationalLeadershipTeam.com. The guy is, like me, a born doer, and an action taker. Of course, BJ Penn is launching an advanced teacher training program called The Live Like a Champion Project; and he just happens to be one of the most respected martial arts fighters in the world. His site, www.BJPENN.COM reaches millions of martial arts enthusiasts.
So there you have it. We knew small school owners and teacher-want-to-bees needed help, but those who weren’t ready for “prime time” also needed an inexpensive way to get advice, procedures, and whatever help they needed to launch and/or run a school.
BJ, Gary, and I knew we could offer people help without any need to “sell” them anything else. We want to help to HELP, not to “upgrade” members to some other program.
We figure when you get big and profit-happy, you won’t forget who helped you, yes?
